「働きがいのある会社」とは、立場、仕事、働く場所に関係なく、あらゆる従業員が会社やリーダーを信頼し、自分の仕事に誇りを持ち、一緒に働いている人たちと連帯感を持てる会社のこと指します。
調査は、「働く人へのアンケート」と「会社へのアンケート」をもとに企業文化や風土をスコアリングし、一定水準を超えた企業を「働きがい認定企業」として発表しています。

当社が最も大切にしている「メンバードリブン経営」が形になってきているという評価でもあり、非常に光栄で喜ばしい結果となりました。
