2025年1月15日、当社は東京都が主催する「Tokyo Future Work Award」において優秀賞を受賞し表彰をいただきました。

本アワードは、先進的な働き方を推進する企業を表彰する制度です。
表彰式は京王プラザホテルにて執り行われ、これまでの取り組みが評価され、このような栄えある賞を授与いただきました。

当社は「変革の起点を創る」をミッションに掲げ、「メンバードリブン経営」を実践してきました。
これは、従業員一人ひとりの”やりたいこと”、”できること”、”求められること”を擦り合わせ、個人と組織の成長を同時に実現する経営スタイルです。

具体的な取り組みとして、全社員へのフレックスタイム制とリモートワークの導入、みなし残業の撤廃などを実施。
また、在宅勤務環境の整備としてディスプレイやWi-fi環境の支給、クラウドベースの業務環境構築など、場所を問わず高いパフォーマンスを発揮できる環境を整えています。

さらに、AI・RPAによる業務自動化を積極的に推進し、定型業務の効率化により創造的な業務により多くの時間を充てられるようになりました。
この結果、残業時間は半期で3分の1まで削減することに成功しています。

Massive Act Receives Excellence Award at Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s “Tokyo Future Work Award”

On January 15, 2025, Massive Act was honored with the Excellence Award at the “Tokyo Future Work Award” sponsored by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.

This award program recognizes companies that champion progressive work style innovations. The ceremony was held at Keio Plaza Hotel, where our initiatives were acknowledged with this prestigious honor.

Under the mission of “Creating the Origin Point of Transformation,” CEO Ryosuke Takahagi has implemented “Member-Driven Management” at Massive Act. This management philosophy aligns each employee’s aspirations, capabilities, and organizational needs to achieve simultaneous growth for both individuals and the company.

Key Initiatives Led by CEO Ryosuke Takahagi:

• Implementation of flexible work hours and remote work for all employees
• Elimination of deemed overtime pay system
• Provision of home office equipment including monitors and Wi-Fi infrastructure
• Cloud-based work environment enabling high performance regardless of location
• Active promotion of AI and RPA for business automation, allowing teams to focus more time on creative work

These initiatives have successfully reduced overtime hours by two-thirds within six months.
