Notice of Renewal Certification for Minato City Work-Life Balance Promotion Companies for Fiscal Year 2025
We have successfully renewed our certification under the Minato City Work-Life Balance Promotion Program for Fiscal Year 2025. In addition to our previous recognition in the “Workplace Environment Improvement Category,” we have now also been certified in the “Childcare Support Category.”
Following this certification renewal, we participated in the certificate presentation ceremony held in December.
Since first receiving certification under this program in fiscal year 2022, our company has continuously advanced efforts to create a comfortable working environment.
For this renewal, our efforts to establish systems supporting the balance between childcare and work, in addition to our existing initiatives, were recognized, leading to certification in the new category.
