Notice of Excellence Award for the 2024 Tokyo Future Work Award

On January 15, 2025, our company received the Excellence Award at the Tokyo Future Work Award, hosted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.

This award recognizes companies that promote advanced work styles.
The award ceremony was held at the Keio Plaza Hotel, where our past initiatives were evaluated, leading to the conferral of this prestigious award.

Our company has practiced “member-driven management” under the mission of “creating starting points for transformation.”
This management style aligns each employee’s “desired goals,” “capabilities,” and “required contributions,” simultaneously enabling personal and organizational growth.

Specific initiatives include implementing a flextime system and remote work for all employees, and abolishing fixed overtime allowances.
To support remote work environments, we provide monitors and Wi-Fi access, and have built a cloud-based work environment, enabling high performance regardless of location.

Furthermore, we actively promote business automation using AI and RPA. By streamlining routine tasks, employees now have more time to dedicate to creative work.
As a result, we successfully reduced overtime hours by one-third within a single half-year period.

The award ceremony was also covered by Kyodo News!

Inspired by this award, we will continue striving to build a sustainable organization where employees and the company grow together, under our mission of “Creating the Starting Point for Change.”

We hope our efforts, however modest, contribute to workstyle reform for small and medium-sized enterprises.
