■Accelerating Transformation: Becoming the “Engine of Business Growth”
The Background of Massive Act’s Continuous Growth – Ranked for 3 Consecutive Years and Achieved 1st Place in Category
Massive Act, with its mission to “create the starting point for transformation,” has supported sustainable corporate growth by leveraging its expertise in integrated digital marketing and DX advancement.
This recognition, selected for the third consecutive year in the Financial Times “Asia-Pacific Fastest-Growing Companies Ranking,” stems from its business approach driven by “dual engines of philosophy and systems.”
1. “DX × Marketing” – Designing Business Growth with a Hybrid Strategy
We design and implement “digital investments directly linked to sales” for companies through maximizing advertising ROI, supporting marketing data integration, and building CRM systems.
Specifically, our hands-on support combines dual-funnel design (Direct × Brand) with data utilization support within the DX context, delivering results across numerous projects, including those for national clients.
2. Results-Driven Framework Based on “Replicability” and “Systematization”
We build a system that rigorously cycles through “Hypothesis → Execution → Verification → Improvement” in every project.
Our delivery model, based on knowledge independent of individual expertise and replicable processes, supports results creation across all industries and business types. We boast high repeat rates and customer satisfaction, particularly in improving advertising ROI and designing CRM within the DX context.
3. “Member-Driven Management” as Organizational Philosophy
We implement flexible, strategic workstyle reforms centered on employee career support.
Beyond flex time, remote work policies, and eliminating fixed overtime, we promote organizational management where “development/career growth × evaluation systems × results creation” are interconnected.
We provide consistent support extending beyond strategy formulation to process design and on-site execution directly impacting business outcomes.
Leveraging our lean, elite team as a strength, we deliver “speed and flexibility,” enabling a structure committed to management goals through both marketing and DX.
