In 2024, Massive Act achieved eight consecutive years of profitable growth. Most notably, we achieved 134% profit growth year-over-year and attained record-high profitability.

This achievement reflects not merely the pursuit of higher revenue, but rather a strategic shift toward greater value-added projects and organizational productivity enhancement—what we call “quality-driven growth.” Through our comprehensive organizational restructuring efforts, we achieved record-high productivity metrics, particularly on a per-member basis. Both absolute figures and key efficiency ratios demonstrated extraordinary improvement.

By transitioning to a two-person cell structure that eliminates individual dependency, we realized more reliable and sustainable value delivery.

Kaishin carries two meanings: “kaizen” (continuous improvement, moving forward), and “kaishin” (accomplishment, success as intended). This theme reflects our commitment to building ever-greater precision in value delivery upon the foundation we established in 2024.
