Allows employees to care for children aged 0 to 2 years old while working nearby.

Office Massage Therapy
A program allowing employees to receive massage therapy sessions from a therapist within the office. All on-site members are eligible to participate.

Paid Leave (10 days in the first year) / Special Leave
In addition to statutory leave granted to employees who have been employed for at least 6 months and whose attendance rate exceeds 80% of all working days, we offer several unique holidays such as year-end/New Year holidays and summer vacation.

Leave established for participating in volunteer activities. If volunteering occurs on a holiday, compensatory time off may be taken (subject to regulations)
PMS Leave
A leave system available when "working during menstruation is difficult."
Caregiving/Nursing Leave
A leave system available when you have a family member requiring nursing care or medical attention
