We have been selected as a nominee for the “12th GOOD ACTION AWARD”!

Our company has been selected as a nominee for the “12th GOOD ACTION AWARD” from among a large number of entries.

This award recognizes companies that create workplaces where every individual can thrive, and our initiatives based on “Member-Driven Management × DX” were highly regarded. Although we did not win the award in the final judging, we view our official selection as a nominee as proof that our efforts have been recognized by society.

■ Specific Initiatives

  1. A rare practice in the industry: “No deemed overtime” + overtime pay calculated in one-minute increments. Attendance data is visualized, and audits are conducted personally by the CEO.
  2. Creating free time through the use of AI and RPA: Automating meeting minutes, manuscript proofreading, research, etc., resulting in a reduction of 20–30 hours per person per month
  3. Appropriate Staffing and Evaluation via a Work Scoring System: Quantifying workload, results, collaboration, learning, and customer satisfaction; used to optimize staffing through assigning challenging projects and adjusting overloaded workloads
  4. Quarterly career reviews based on “Will/Can/Must” criteria; correcting misalignments between career goals and work duties through short-cycle feedback
  5. Expanded benefits, including special leave programs. Support flexible work arrangements in response to life stage changes, such as family care leave and anniversary leave
  6. Introduction of a Retirement Benefit System: Institutionalized starting in 2026 in response to employee feedback
  7. “SANU 2nd Home for Business” retreat program: Introduced to maintain physical and mental health and ensure a focused work environment

Encouraged by this nomination, we will continue to promote the creation of an environment that balances job satisfaction and growth, and strive to further enhance our organizational strength.

Regardless of the outcome of this award, we maintain the stance that “establishing a system is not the end; we must constantly strive for improvement.” We will continue to aim for the success of our members and the maximization of customer value.
