Massive Act Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Ryosuke Takahagi; hereinafter “Massive Act”) is pleased to announce that it has carried out a capital increase to strengthen its management foundation in support of future business growth, bringing its capital stock to 113.28 million yen (including reserves).

In addition, effective September 14, 2026, the company relocated its headquarters from Kita-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo, to the South Tower of the World Trade Center Building in Hamamatsucho, Minato-ku, Tokyo.

This capital increase and headquarters relocation are not merely measures to strengthen our financial foundation or change our location; rather, they represent an initiative to redesign our capital structure, workplace, and organizational operations to align with our current business structure as Massive Act transitions to its next phase of growth.

Moving forward, we will continue to invest in talent, organization, and technology to enhance management agility and productivity, thereby further improving the value we provide to our client companies.

■ Background of the Capital Increase — Building a Management Foundation to Support the Next Phase of Growth

Since its establishment in 2017, Massive Act has upheld the mission of “Creating the Starting Point for Transformation” and has supported corporate marketing transformation and business growth, primarily in areas such as digital marketing, DX, CRM, CDP, MA, and AI utilization.

In recent years, as advancements in AI have made sophisticated decision-making in corporate marketing and management increasingly important, we have been working to strengthen our intellectual assets and proprietary technologies.

In this fiscal year in particular, we are advancing the development and intellectual property protection of proprietary technologies designed to enhance corporate decision-making in the AI era, including our AI marketing intelligence platform “MACT INTELLIGENCE™,” which refines the selection andevaluation, as well as technologies related to “DDIM™ (Decision Integrity),” which evaluates the validity and explainability of the decision-making process itself.

*1. Patent No. 7905150—“System and Method for Determining Initiatives Based on Integrated Causal Prediction”

*2. Patent No. 7917862—“Information Processing System and Information Processing Method for Evaluating the Integrity of a Decision-Making Process”

While MACT INTELLIGENCE™ is a technology that supports the optimization of decisions regarding “which measures to select,” DDIM™ is a technology that evaluates the reliability of decision-making by determining whether “the decision-making process is valid and explainable.”

Decision Optimization × Decision Integrity

By combining these distinct technological layers, we aim to advance AI beyond simply “providing answers” to include how those answers are evaluated, adopted, and linked to explainable decision-making.

Since our founding, we have continuously expanded our business scope and project scale, and we are currently participating in a variety of projects, primarily for major corporations.

Furthermore, as we enter our 10th fiscal year, we have continued to grow both in business scale and revenue base, while expanding our transactions and interactions with external stakeholders, including financial institutions, credit reporting agencies, and major corporate clients.

In light of this business growth, we have carried out this capital increase to establish a financial foundation that will support future growth investments and to further enhance our stability and sustainable growth potential as a company.

Total Capital and Reserves: 113,280,000 yen (Capital: 73,800,000 yen; Reserves: 39,480,000 yen)

We view this capital increase as part of our efforts to strengthen our management foundation for future growth and will continue to invest in areas critical to our business growth, including talent, organization, and technology.

■ Background of the Headquarters Relocation — Restructuring the Workplace Strategy to Align with Changes in the Business Structure

At Massive Act, we are restructuring our headquarters functions and workplace strategy in light of business growth and changes in work styles.

By maintaining our headquarters in Aoyama, we have sought to build corporate credibility and brand recognition through our interactions with stakeholders, including clients, job candidates, and financial institutions.

At the same time, as our business has grown steadily since our founding, our project execution framework and work styles have undergone significant changes.

In recent years, in addition to our major locations within Tokyo, our consulting projects have expanded both domestically and internationally, particularly in the APAC region.

Rather than the traditional work style where consultants and partners are concentrated in a single office, a decentralized project execution structure—where teams operate flexibly from locations close to client sites and individual projects—is now better suited to our current business structure.

Furthermore, we are actively integrating technologies—including AI—into our business processes to foster a highly productive organization that is not dependent on location or headcount.

In light of these changes in our business structure and work styles, we have decided to reevaluate the very nature of our headquarters functions.

■ Moving into the Next Phase of Growth

The marketing environment and technologies surrounding businesses are changing at an unprecedented pace due to technological innovations, particularly AI.

Massive Act aims to continue serving as a partner that goes beyond simply supporting the execution of marketing initiatives; we strive to address the fundamental challenges faced by companies and provide support from strategy through execution.

Using the strengthened capital base resulting from this capital increase and the restructuring of our workplace strategy following the relocation of our headquarters as a new starting point, we will further enhance our expertise in areas such as digital marketing, DX, CRM, CDP, MA, and AI utilization.

Furthermore, through continuous investment in talent, organization, and technology, we will build an organization with even greater expertise and execution capabilities than ever before, contributing to the sustainable business growth of our client companies.

Massive Act will continue to strive to create new value under our mission of “creating the starting point for transformation.”
