■Environmental Aspects
While we do not handle physical goods, we contribute to reducing environmental impact by thoroughly implementing digitalization (going paperless) wherever possible for contracts, invoices, and other information exchange.
We believe this not only reduces energy consumption associated with paper production but also leads to lower carbon dioxide emissions and reduced paper storage space. We recognize that while each individual effort may be small, collectively they contribute to the effective use of resources.

We recognize that enhancing corporate value is essential for sustaining our business activities. To maintain and strengthen our human capital, we strive to cultivate a supportive work environment and develop talent capable of long-term contributions.

Though a small company, we value sustainability that can be pursued locally and are advancing initiatives aimed at achieving the SDGs.

Based on the principles of the SDGs, our company maximizes the marketing investment efficiency of client companies through digital marketing and DX support services, promoting sustainable business models. By reinvesting the cost savings achieved through efficiency improvements into new ventures, we accelerate corporate growth and support the expansion of more environmentally and socially conscious business practices. Sustainable Social Contribution
One in seven children in Japan lives in poverty. Every two weeks, a newborn baby dies from abandonment or abuse within Japan. While medical advances save newborns weighing as little as 500 grams, childcare support for children with disabilities remains insufficient.
Our company supports organizations working to address child welfare and parenting challenges.
Contributing to a Healthy and Equitable Society
As a continuing sponsor of The Nippon Foundation, a public interest incorporated foundation that aims for a society where everyone shares in each other’s pain and suffering, and where “everyone supports everyone,” we are honored to provide our support.
Enhancing Individual Value and Contributing to a Positive Social Cycle
Through our business activities, we strive to address various social challenges. We also aim for sustainable economic growth by enhancing job satisfaction through unique internal systems designed to promote health management and raise social contribution awareness among all employees.

A system awarding this medal to individuals who contribute a specified amount of activity funds to the Japanese Red Cross Society. Our company representative, Takahagi, was awarded this medal.
PARTNERSHIP
Massive Act will contribute to building a better society through various partnerships.
The business has registered for the Partnership Building Declaration, which is declared from the “ordering party” perspective under the “name of the authorized representative” to enhance added value across the entire supply chain and pursue mutual prosperity between large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises.
We are a member of the New Economy Federation, a general incorporated association whose purpose is to foster an environment where individuals and private companies can maximize their potential, aiming for digital-driven economic and societal reform.
We are members of the Tokyo Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which aims to promote the comprehensive development of commerce and industry and enhance the welfare of society at large. We will also focus on corporate growth and regional revitalization activities.
We have joined the Japan Digital Transformation Promotion Association, which works to advance DX in Japan through initiatives such as developing DX-driven talent, supporting new business creation, revitalizing regional areas, and policy advocacy. Our goal is to increase the number of companies proficient in digital technology and create a future brimming with hope.
We participate in the Regional Revitalization SDGs Public-Private Partnership Platform, which aims to promote the resolution of regional challenges and sustainable community development through the participation of diverse stakeholders including local governments, companies, NPOs, universities, and research institutions.
We continue to support The Nippon Foundation as a sponsor, fostering a culture of donations and volunteerism under the motto “Let’s do good things together.”
We sponsor LOVE POCKET FUND, which supports individuals facing life difficulties and provides assistance related to children and community revitalization.
We sponsor NPO Katariba, an organization dedicated to delivering diverse encounters and learning opportunities to schools under the philosophy “The future can be created,” and to creating places and opportunities for teens in society.
