Massive Act defines “Well-Being” as a state where all employees are “physically and mentally healthy and able to grow autonomously.” We position the realization of this as one of our key management priorities and are working company-wide to achieve it.

We conduct real-time career adjustments and create opportunities through direct dialogue with the CEO. We also promote operational efficiency and automation using RPA and AI to reduce routine tasks. This frees up time that can be redirected toward strategic and planning work, creating an environment where members can take on high-value challenges. Furthermore, we emphasize understanding project contexts and company-wide knowledge sharing. We create opportunities to learn
from tasks outside one’s direct responsibilities, broadening knowledge and perspectives while fostering a tangible sense of delivering new value to society.

Furthermore, since our founding, we have consistently rejected the practice of fixed overtime pay. On top of this, we maintain an average monthly overtime of under 5 hours. By enhancing productivity, we create a system that allows time for challenges and self-development.

Through mechanisms supporting leave, reduced working hours, and career continuity, we provide support so employees can continue working with peace of mind at any life stage.
