As we begin the year 2024, we extend our sincere New Year’s greetings.
First, we offer our heartfelt sympathy to those affected by the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake and express our deepest condolences to those who lost their lives. We pray for the swift recovery of the affected areas and for everyone’s health and well-being.

We are deeply grateful for your support throughout the past year.
2023 saw further acceleration in the landscape of digital transformation and digital marketing.
It was also a year where our company took significant strides forward and achieved many accomplishments.
Thanks to the cooperation of our client companies, partner companies, our members, and all stakeholders,
we achieved our seventh consecutive year of increased revenue and profits since our founding, with a sales CAGR (Compound Annual Growth Rate) of 94.8%.
We are deeply grateful that this was entirely possible due to your guidance and support.
Massive Act enters its eighth year this year.
As a company, this marks the starting point of our “second chapter,” a year where we will shift gears.
The first four years since founding served as a prologue, during which I operated more like a personal consulting practice, focusing on business consulting and similar activities.
The first chapter as an organization began in 2021. To create greater social value and realize more sustainable value delivery, we began formally building the organization as a platform. Last year marked the full three-year anniversary since establishing this structure.
Building on lessons learned from a failed venture before Massive Act’s launch,
we define the VALUE we offer team members around three pillars: “Meaningful Work,” “Compensation,” and “Environment.”
◇VALUE01: “Meaningful Work”
Creating an environment where members can fully master our strengths within the high-growth digital industry.
We elevate our value delivery to a high standard and have established training programs to strengthen “project driving force” and “IT/digital literacy,” regardless of prior experience. We are strengthening our organizational structure to make it easier for members to feel tangible growth and recognition.
To promote individual growth, we have built a system that rapidly converts “quantity” into “quality” through thorough digitalization, following the principle of transforming quantity into quality.
Last year, we worked on designing a “Style Book” to formalize these practices and achieved tangible results.
◇VALUE02: “Compensation”
Regarding “Compensation,” we have abolished the industry-standard practice of deemed overtime. We prioritize maximizing productivity within the principle of an 8-hour workday.Through rigorous cloud-based attendance management and a task-based focus on performance per hour, we elevate company-wide productivity and invest in personnel costs above the industry standard.
◇VALUE03: “Environment”
Regarding “Environment,” we have elevated our standards to a level recognized by various organizations and government bodies, providing spaces for individual excellence.
▽Examples of Massive Act Initiatives
・Comprehensive welfare system (Life Event Leave, Volunteer Leave, Anniversary Leave, and many others)
・Regular initiatives to reduce overtime hours
・Flextime system applied to all employees
・Company-wide meetings for health management, provision of nutritious meals
・Implementation of free-address seating
・Provision of remote work equipment
・Coverage of home communication expenses
▽Major Awards/Certifications in 2023
January: Certified as a “DX Certified Business” by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI)
February: Awarded Gold Rank in the “White Company Certification” by the Japan Next Generation Enterprise Promotion Organization
March: Ranked in the Financial Times – High Growth Companies Asia-Pacific 2023:
・Overall Ranking: Ranked 32nd in Asia / 4th in Japan
・Advertising & Marketing Category: Ranked 3rd in Asia / 1st in Japan
August: Obtained Privacy Mark certification from the Japan Information Economy and Society Development Council (JIPDEC)
December: Received the “Flexible Work Style Category” award in the “White Company Awards” by the Japan Next Generation Enterprise Promotion Organization
While still in the developmental stage, we believe we have established a solid foundation in this first chapter. We are now entering a phase focused on fundamentally enhancing our company’s service competitiveness.
2024 marks the Year of the Dragon, symbolizing innovation and growth.
Our company theme for 2024 is “Beyond X.”
X represents each individual setting their own goals—to surpass themselves, exceed their current level, and break through their limits to become high performers.
My personal ‘X’ is “organizational barriers.” While we remain a small-scale entity, we aim to embody a lean, professional firm by sharing cultural fit, cultural permeation, and our core values from the early stages.
Additionally, on the service front, we are determined to actively challenge ourselves as a company to provide even greater value to our clients and society.
For 2024, our new services will focus on three main pillars:
(1) Enhancing operational quality and strengthening delivery capabilities in the Generative AI × Digital Marketing domain
While companies are actively researching its application, we recognize generative AI’s significant potential to create substantial impact within our digital marketing support domain. Led by our CXM Center, we have been conducting research since last year and are diligently preparing to offer solutions to existing clients within the first half of this year. Specifically, we plan to provide packaging solutions enabling quick decision-making, primarily for PoCs and product rollouts.
(2) Expansion of DX-Related Services and Service Launch
In the DX consulting domain, we are systematizing processes to define and design appropriate prompts for each project phase, enabling achievement of milestones with minimal resources in the shortest time.
(3) Service Launch for HR-DX Related Services
We plan to launch services targeting organizations, specifically designed to address the challenges of information silos and project effectiveness, which are key issues in the DX domain.
As we enter this new year, our entire team will unite to strive for greater societal contribution.
We sincerely appreciate your continued guidance and support throughout this year.
