■About the “Shining Telework Award”

This award recognizes companies and organizations that exemplify best practices in telework implementation. These organizations demonstrate initiatives that enhance employee work-life balance, improve operational efficiency and productivity, and secure talent.

This year, one company received the “Excellence Award” and five companies received the “Special Encouragement Award.”

These initiatives have enabled us to maintain an average monthly overtime of 5 hours or less and improve employee satisfaction.
