Requirements definition meeting/consensus
Based on the content of the 1st session, we will create a requirements definition and conduct a 2nd session with relevant stakeholders within the client organization. After defining the project scope, objectives and means, and KPIs, we will present the necessary functional requirements and organizational structure/resources.
