Requirements definition meeting/consensus
Based on the content of the first session, we will create a requirements definition and then hold a second session with the client's internal stakeholders. After defining the project scope, objectives and means, KPI definitions, etc., we will present the necessary functional requirements, structure, and resources.

KICKOFF/Milestone Presentation
We will present short-term, medium-term, and long-term milestones for the project and coordinate with your company's project resources and image. After the kickoff, we will aim for practical operation in project execution, including organizing information sharing methods, necessary data, environmental requirements, and various information required for data analysis.
