Requirements definition meeting/consensus
Based on the content of the first session, we will create a requirements definition and then hold a second session with the client's internal stakeholders. After defining the project scope, objectives and means, KPI definitions, etc., we will present the necessary functional requirements, structure, and resources.

KICKOFF/Milestone Presentation
We will present short-term, medium-term, and long-term milestones for the project and coordinate with your company's project resources and image.
