Requirements definition meeting/consensus

We will create a requirements definition based on the contents of the first session and then hold a second session with the client's internal stakeholders. After defining the project scope, objectives and means, KPI definitions, etc., we will present the necessary functional requirements, structure, and resources.

KICKOFF/Milestone Presentation

We will present short-term, medium-term, and long-term milestones for the project and align them with your company's project resources and vision. After the kickoff, we aim to get the project up and running in a practical manner by organizing information sharing methods, necessary data, environmental requirements, and the various information required for data analysis.

Subcommittee launch/Progress report and decision-making at the meeting
