Founded in 1825 (Bunsei 8) in Nihonbashi, Edo, this long-established yet innovative comprehensive cosmetics manufacturer handles everything in-house—from planning and research to manufacturing and sales—for all cosmetics, including makeup, skincare, and quasi-drugs. Operating under the corporate brand “KISSME,” it sells cosmetics for a wide range of age groups, such as “Heroine Make” and “Kiss Me Ferme.”

Supporting brands in their digital marketing efforts
Massive Act primarily supports us with campaign planning, design, and overall promotion for several of our brands.
They handle everything end-to-end, down to the finest details: drafting promotion plans, designing KPIs, monitoring effectiveness, and proposing analysis and improvements.
Fully leverage digital to expand brand mindshare
While we also sell online, our primary sales channels are drugstores and physical stores. Therefore, whether pure or aided brand recall occurs at the point of sale is a critical consideration. We are consciously expanding our digital mindshare and developing campaign deployment plans tailored to each brand. The main channel is SNS. Since target users differ by brand and attitudes toward viewing ads and content also vary, we carefully plan with Massive Act, considering expected effects and performance forecasts.

We aim to deepen our analysis and enhance customer journey design and campaign planning aligned with the perception flow.
Until now, we've designed campaign initiatives by breaking down the overall brand strategy. Going forward, we want to deepen our analysis and strengthen data preparation and digital marketing activities to visualize shifts in customer attitudes. We're counting on Massive Act for that too!
