Client Challenge
A major food manufacturer was considering launching an e-commerce business as a new venture to respond to the wave of digitalization, but lacked in-house expertise and operational know-how for e-commerce.
Furthermore, while overwhelmed by existing operations, securing resources dedicated solely to this new business proved difficult.
Although they wanted to validate the business potential through a Proof of Concept (PoC), they required comprehensive support spanning everything from customer acquisition strategies to sales promotion activities.

Massive Act's Approach
We provided comprehensive support throughout the entire process, from launching the e-commerce business to attracting customers after release, spanning one year.
First, we formulated a business strategy based on target customer analysis and competitive research.
Next, acting as the PMO, we directed the overall effort to establish the digital foundation, encompassing branding, website construction, and content creation.
Furthermore, we supported gaining market awareness and acquiring initial customers during market entry by designing and executing promotional strategies, conducting PR activities, and developing effective messaging.

Project Outcomes
During the PoC phase, we achieved customer response and sales results exceeding expectations, significantly improving the project's internal evaluation.
As a result, it was formally approved as a new business initiative, enabling a smooth transition from the Corporate Planning Department to the Sales Department.
The established digital marketing infrastructure and brand recognition created a foundation for sustained growth, and the business continues to operate stably to this day.
