This request came from an e-commerce company handling a large volume of SKUs within a specific category. While they consistently implement customer acquisition strategies on their owned media, they faced challenges with KPIs such as bounce rate, exit rate, and site navigation rate. They approached us seeking a partner to improve their sales conversion performance.

Promoting the establishment of monitoring environments through to route improvements
First, we designed the performance monitoring environment.
While Google Analytics was already installed, the client was only checking basic metrics like bounce rate and exit rate. We therefore designed appropriate KPIs by leveraging e-commerce settings and custom dimensions.
Furthermore, by creating dashboards, we enabled real-time, seamless communication—an aspect highly valued by the client.
Simultaneously with environment setup, we proposed optimizing in-media navigation paths.
By integrating quantitative challenges identified through cohort analysis (based on customer status) with qualitative challenges revealed by heuristic analysis, we achieved customized improvements that fundamentally contributed to performance.
