Developed “MACT INTELLIGENCE™,” an AI engine that streamlines LTV forecasting, strategy formulation, and proposal generation

We are pleased to announce the development of “MACT INTELLIGENCE™,” an AI engine that handles the entire process—from customer LTV forecasting to strategy formulation and proposal generation—in a single, integrated workflow.

We are currently filing a patent application for the technology underlying this system.

 

Background of Development

While the volume of data held by companies continues to grow, data scattered across advertising, CRM, purchasing, and web behavior remains unintegrated. As a result, the accuracy of LTV predictions remains inconsistent, and decisions on marketing initiatives are left to individual experience.

Through extensive consulting experience, we realized that this structural issue is the very factor hindering the return on marketing investment.

 

What is MACT INTELLIGENCE™?

It is Massive Act’s proprietary AI system that processes three key stages—LTV prediction, strategy decision-making, and proposal generation—using a single engine.

Traditionally, these three stages were typically handled by separate tools.MACT INTELLIGENCE™ completes this process end-to-end, providing a one-stop solution for “who, what, and how.”

There are already platforms on the market that claim to handle “prediction → decision → generation.” What sets MACT INTELLIGENCE™ apart is its design philosophy.

Many general-purpose platforms offered by major vendors are designed with the assumption that companies already have well-organized data.
In contrast, MACT INTELLIGENCE™ is designed with the fundamental principle of optimizing for each client’s BI environment, metric system, and decision-making process, and can provide consulting support to overcome data integration barriers.

Furthermore, the core of this engine lies in the rationale behind “why that particular initiative.”

It uses a sensitivity matrix to quantify the causal structure of LTV changes and determines the initiatives that will maximize expected ROI.

The generated initiative proposals are structured so that users can trace which factors influenced the outcome and with what weight, ensuring accountability in decision-making.
