This system certifies plans formulated by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) concerning preemptive disaster prevention and mitigation measures as “Business Continuity Strengthening Plans” by the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry.
It incorporates essential items for recognizing a company’s disaster risks and taking the first steps toward disaster prevention and mitigation measures, outlining future disaster countermeasures.

Certified SMEs are eligible for support measures such as tax incentives, financial assistance, and bonus points for subsidies.
