We have been certified as a “Hatarake Yell 2024 Employee Benefits Promotion Organization”!
Massive Act has been certified as a “Welfare Promotion Corporation” by Hataraku Eru 2024, hosted by the Labor Research Institute, a specialized organization in the welfare benefits field!
At the award ceremony held on May 20th, speeches by the winning companies and presentations of their employee benefits initiatives took place, making it an incredibly inspiring day.
Many companies presented unique initiatives we hadn’t considered, providing an excellent opportunity to deepen our understanding of employee benefits.
Additionally, a shield presentation ceremony for the Employee Benefits Promotion Corporation was held, where our PR representative accepted the shield on stage.

■About Hataraku Eru…
Hataraku Eru (Employee Benefits Recognition & Certification Program) is a system that recognizes companies, organizations, and local governments (hereinafter referred to as “corporations”) that actively enhance and utilize employee benefits.
Aiming to further promote and develop employee benefits, it recognizes and certifies corporations implementing outstanding benefits, as well as those motivated to enhance their benefits programs.
Among applicants, organizations demonstrating strong commitment to enhancing and utilizing employee benefits are certified as “Employee Benefits Promotion Organizations.” From these, those particularly excelling in benefit enhancement and utilization are honored as “Outstanding Employee Benefits Organizations.”
