We are pleased to announce that we have received the Innovation Award (Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Director-General for Human Resources Development Commendation) at the “Good Career Company Award 2024” hosted by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

We attended the award ceremony held at Jiji Press Hall on Wednesday, November 27, where we were presented with a certificate of commendation and a trophy.

This award, hosted by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, recognizes companies that exemplify outstanding initiatives in supporting employees’ autonomous career development.

The Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare commends companies that prioritize human resource development and strive to develop and enhance employees’ professional capabilities, particularly those with exemplary initiatives that serve as models for others.

For the 2024 Good Career Company Award, 94 companies nationwide applied. From these, 5 companies received the Grand Prize and 10 companies received the Innovation Award.

Our company was recognized for its unique career support initiatives tailored to each individual employee and received the Innovation Award.
