Anti-Social Forces

Massive Act Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes its Basic Policy on Anti-Social Forces in accordance with the “Guidelines for Companies to Prevent Damage Caused by Anti-Social Forces” formulated by the government. By having all officers and employees adhere to this policy, the Company strives to ensure the appropriateness and safety of its operations.

1. Our company will sever all ties with anti-social forces, including any business relationships.
2. We reject all unreasonable demands from antisocial forces.
3. Our company will respond to any unreasonable demands from antisocial forces with the full force of our organization and will take legal action on both civil and criminal fronts.
4. Our company will establish close cooperative relationships with external specialized agencies to prepare for unreasonable demands from anti-social forces.
5. We will not provide funding to anti-social forces.
6. We will remain vigilant against any interference from anti-social forces and ensure the safety of our employees.
7. All officers and employees shall comply with this basic policy and applicable laws and regulations. They shall refrain from any interaction or association with individuals connected to antisocial forces, as well as any conduct that could raise suspicion of such a relationship.
